On behalf of the Board of Directors for the National Council on Problem Gambling, and our host, the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio, we extend to you an invitation to join us in Cleveland for the 32nd National Conference on Problem Gambling. NCPG’s Annual Conference is the premier educational and networking event for problem gambling and responsible gaming professionals in the country. In addition we anticipate this year’s conference will attract over 600 professionals in prevention, education, treatment, research and regulation, as well as members of the recovery community.

The 2018 Annual Conference program will highlight best practices and rising trends in problem gambling and responsible gaming. Our line-up of keynote and breakout session speakers is unmatched in these unique fields. In addition, this year’s program features a new track focused specifically on Military and Veterans. NCPG is pleased to offer a discounted rate of $264 to the two-day Main Conference for full-time students who can show full-time enrollment (usually 6 credits Graduate/9 credits Undergraduate) and who register by June 4, 2018. The student rate does NOT include continuing education units (CEUs) and students must provide proof of full-time enrollment with registration. This registration also includes the Friday Highlight Event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!


Early Registration deadline is 11:59 PM on Monday, June 4, 2018.

Regular registration rates begin on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. Regular Registration deadline is midnight Monday, July 9.

Late registration rates begin on Tuesday, July 10. Registration must be received online or in the NCPG office by 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 9, 2018 to avoid the additional $100 late/on-site registration fee.

You must have a current membership in order for member prices to be visible to you when you register.

Individual Membership starts at $35. New members and those who want to renew but have passed the expiration date should purchase the membership first, separately, at www.ncpgambling.org/joinnow (if purchasing online). Or you may add it on your registration form if submitting it by email or mail.

Renewing members whose membership has not expired may add the annual NCPG membership to their registration online or may include it on their registration form if submitting it by email or mail.

Corporate Membershipsare also available for organizations, starting at $1,925 for nonprofits. Organizational memberships provide benefits for up to 10 designated individuals, including $100 discount on registration for each person. Please use the contact information below to get started.

Conference registration fee
Registrations cancelled on or before May 4, 2018 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less an $80 administrative fee. Cancellations occurring between May 4 and June 4 will be refunded 50% of the conference registration fee.

Cancellation requests
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and must identify the registrant’s name, email address, billing address and amount paid.

Registration substitution — available only to NCPG Members.
Registrant substitutions of equal price (from member to member) will be accepted only with the written permission of the original registrant. Substitution requests will not be accepted after Monday, June 25. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include a copy of the receipt, the original registrant’s email, billing address, full name and amount paid, plus the replacement attendee’s email, full name, and membership ID number. By registering for this 2018 National Conference on Problem Gambling, the registrant hereby waives and releases NCPG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and insurers, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action and rights, (contingent, accrued, inchoate, or otherwise), which may arise out of, or in connection with, the participant’s assumption of risks by attending or participating in any or all events and/or activities engaged in by the registrant while attending the conference, whether such claim is based upon NCPG’s active or passive negligence or otherwise. In addition, the registrant agrees to defend and hold NCPG harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, losses, causes of action, and suits (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of, or any way related to, the registrant’s attendance at the above-referenced conference and/or any activity engaged in by the registrant while attending the conference, whether such claim is based upon NCPG’s active or passive negligence or otherwise. 

The registrant hereby gives permission to NCPG to use any photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings of the registrant for promotional materials, without expectation of compensation, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, and/or other benefits derived from such photographs, videos, or audio recordings.
